By continuing and making an appointment for a notice of marriage you are confirming you:

  • You both have the required documentation and can meet the residency requirements.

  • You are both over the age of 18

  • You have made a ceremony booking with the relevant registration office, minister, venue or have decided where the ceremony is to take place

  • Understand a civil partnership is a formal legal relationship between individuals which grants you legal rights and responsibilties.  The formation of a civil partnership differs to that of a civil marriage.
